Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Our client in Larne, a successful and growing freight forwarding business, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Freight Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As a key member of the operations team, you'll play an important role in ensuring shipments move smoothly while delivering outstanding service to customers. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and freight coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinating UK and international freight movements
2. Managing day-to-day customer enquiries and building strong client relationships
3. Booking shipments and liaising with hauliers, depots, carriers, and overseas partners
4. Tracking consignments and providing shipment updates
