Senior Nursery Practitioner What the role offers:
A competitive salary of up to £33,400.00 per annum
Performance-related bonus of up to £2,000.00
Choice of 36 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days) per week (8am6pm)
Up to 32 days holiday entitlement, including 3 days Christmas closure and 1 birthday day off (after probation)

Senior Nursery Practitioner Key responsibilities:
Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate, engaging activities for children.
Fostering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Encouraging childrens curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play and exploration.
Observing and documenting childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to maintain a collaborative approach.
Adhering to all safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Senior Nursery Practitioner Ideal candidate:
Qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education.
Has previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.
Is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and early learning experiences.
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS (or is willing to obtain one).
