Our client is a well-known and established Property Management Company based in East London who are seeking a Property Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Fridays, 9:00am to 3:00pm. The role also offers an excellent benefits package, including 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
Duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, visitors and contractors
* Providing reception duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and managing enquiries.
* Handling general enquiries via telephone and email.
* Managing and updating property records and documentation.
* Updating and maintaining the bespoke property management system.
* Assisting with meeting arrangements, diary management and other office administration duties as required.
* Ordering office supplies and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 4 years experience within an corporate administrative support role.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
This position would suit a proactive and organised Administrator with reception experience seeking a role within a successful and well-established property management business.
