Your Role
Set, operate, and optimise CNC sliding head machines to produce high-precision components that meet the highest industry standards. • Efficient Set-Ups: Complete machine set-ups within quoted times, keeping production on schedule and minimising disruption to workflow.
• Production Discipline: Take ownership of your output, maintaining a scrappage rate below 1.5% and consistently meeting the quality standards our customers demand.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving the overall working environment — from maintaining a well-organised shop floor to improving tooling, tooling storage, and the systems and processes that keep production running smoothly.
