The Opportunity
As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you’ll have the chance to define your own career path within a dynamic consultancy environment. You’ll work on projects of varying scale and complexity — from city infrastructure and aviation developments to water management and renewable energy systems — contributing to sustainable designs and solutions that make a real difference to communities and the planet.
Key Responsibilities
* Support environmental and infrastructure projects through design, research, and advisory work.
* Contribute to innovative, sustainable solutions across sectors such as water, transport, cities, and energy.
* Apply the latest digital tools and technologies to deliver efficient, low-carbon outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
* Work towards professional accreditation with guidance from experienced mentors.
What Our Client Is Looking For

* Willingness to spend at least three days a week in the office or on client sites to support collaboration and development.
* Eligibility to work in the UK with a relevant degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
