What You’ll Be Doing * Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and market share * Managing and maintaining brand consistency across all divisions and communications * Overseeing the marketing budget and ensuring strong ROI on campaigns * Monitoring and improving SEO performance and website visibility * Creating, managing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, and web content) * Producing marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and digital assets * Growing the company’s social media presence and producing engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube * Managing marketing activities in collaboration with customers and partners, including events and online campaigns * Coordinating events, exhibitions, and award entries, including design and logistics * Leading new product launch campaigns and maintaining technical documentation and manuals * Conducting and reporting on employee and customer satisfaction surveys What We’re Looking For * Proven success in a marketing or communications role (minimum 3 years) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities * A proactive self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively * Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines * Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics
