Export Sales Co-Ordinator
We are seeking someone with excellent sales, customer service and administration skills to join an multi-award winning export company based in the Penrith area.
Job Type : Permanent
Hours: Full-time(Monday to Friday)
Salary: Experience Dependent + Commission
Other: Generous holiday entitlement + Bupa Healthcare after 6 months
The role:
Supporting the Export Manager in a busy export department. You will be responsible for maintaining exsisiting customer satisfaction, running a smooth operation of orders and providing accurate administration skills.
Key aspects:
* Using effective communication skills and literacy you will ensure that communication flows efficiently between the functional areas and third parties
* Export order processing and tracking
* Monitor progress and co-ordinate effort, ensuring external customer expectations are met in full and on time
Personal Criteria
* Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
* A high degree of attention to detail
* Knowledgeable and able to learn quickly
* Experience in a similar role is desirable
* Experience in dealing with legal documents is desirable
* A team player
* Sense of humor
