We are looking at expanding the team and we are on the hunt for a Junior recruitment consultant to join our team to help primarily learn how we work and how the Industry operates and over time look after the existing business with strong application to elements of Business Development. The sector we are working on is Driving (Van, Car, HGV etc) yet we are looking to expand further in the next 6 months. You will learn to work with our Internal systems and the role has a very strong element of calling, clients, candidates and dealing with day to day tasks.
The only caveat is that we are picky. And we are picky because we want to engage with individuals that actually care about the business and the people in it. We want to engage with people that see the bigger picture and understand that we are established and what we do matters to people (our candidates and clients) and we bare some serious responsibilities. You will be working alongside Cam, Jeny, Toby and Lucas.
At the same time we are looking to build a titanium forged team that will operate together for years to come!
JOB DETAILS

4. Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm
5. General Data Entry and Admin
6. Calling applicants and booking interviews
7. Interviewing candidates
8. If you Drive and have own Transport it will be very advantageous. (even if are learning to drive)
9. Onboarding candidates which will include some referencing and data entry on an internal system
10. Managing candidates and ensuring they are given an excellent experience
11. Payroll
12. Booking and attending meetings with existing client base and newer clients
13. Business development within current base of clients as well as new clients, ensuring exemplary Customer Service
