In this role, you’ll help keep our clients’ Fire and Security systems performing at their best—safeguarding people, property, and businesses when it matters most. The role of Electrical Improver As a Electrical Improver at Trinity, you will be supporting scheduled installations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity’s high-quality standards. You will be working as part of a skilled team of Works Engineer’s and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience. The key tasks include the following: Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status. Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met. Work to a planned installation schedule. The systems you will work with at Trinity Fire - Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec & other open protocol/conventional systems CCTV - HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua Intruder - Galaxy, Texecom Access Control - Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher What skills do you need? Experience in electrical installation and containment. To always provide outstanding customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication. What technical knowledge do you need?
