Job Summary
The Billing Administrator is responsible for reviewing completed jobs to ensure they meet all requirements for invoicing. This role performs a detailed check of job data submitted by field teams to confirm accuracy, completeness and billing readiness. Once verified, jobs are marked ready for invoicing by the billing team. It is a critical role in reducing billing errors, supporting smooth invoice generation and maintaining data quality across systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Review completed jobs to ensure they’re invoice‑ready
* Check job details, categorisation and supporting data
* Cross‑check information against customer portals
* Flag issues or missing data
* Apply correct franchisee rates
* Prepare jobs for final billing
Systems & Accuracy
* Keep job records accurate and up to date
* Maintain tracking and audit trails
* Highlight recurring data issues
Communication
* Liaise with teams to resolve missing information
* Handle billing queries and shared inboxes
* Share feedback on recurring issues
* Communicate clearly and professionally
Requirements
