Job Title: Night Shift Team Leader - Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor Department: Distribution Reports to: Night Shift Manager Working Hours Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) Pay Rate £13.50 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience Job Purpose To supervise and manage night shift fulfilment operations, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe running of warehouse functions. Main Accountabilities of a Team Leader: Operations & Fulfilment Supervise all night shift warehouse functions, including Intake, Retail Fulfilment, and Direct Fulfilment Manage and monitor cycle counts, stock rebalancing, and recalls Coordinate pick face replenishment and preparation of day shift workload Liaise with the Administration team to resolve stock-related issues Support team development and training Oversee payroll control and systems administration Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse Ensure Distribution Centre (DC) security at all times Systems and Reporting of a Team Leader: Working knowledge of Navision warehouse management system Awareness and understanding of key KPIs using Qlikview General Responsibilities for a Team Leader: Contribute as an active member of the DC leadership team Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures Promote a safe, clean, and efficient working environment Key Points of Contact External: Interlink Local Hub Royal Mail DHL FedEx Internal: Night Shift Manager Inventory & Administration Teams Retail & Goods In Team Leaders IT Department Group Distribution Director Experience Required Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within fulfilment or distribution Strong background in warehouse and direct fulfilment operations Experience working with Navision and Qlikview systems Familiarity with warehouse administration and stock systems Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent planning and organisational abilities Able to work effectively under pressure High level of accuracy and attention to detail Focused on productivity and meeting deadlines Key Performance Indicators Accuracy of fulfilment processes Overall productivity and efficiency Timeliness in task completion Delivery against daily and operational targets
