Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting accounting functions, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Experience using QuickBooks is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounts payable processes.
* Utilise accounting software (QuickBooks) to manage invoices and payments.
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
* Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
* Provide support to other departments as needed to facilitate smooth workflow.
Qualifications
* Experience in QuickBooks is preferred.
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
