B2B Marketing Director
* Salary: £100,000–£120,000 plus bonus

The Marketing Director will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's future success across UK and US markets. The Marketing Director will lead a passionate marketing team and develop high-impact strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and global positioning.
The Marketing Director will:
* Define and execute integrated marketing strategies across the UK and US markets to drive acquisition and nurture growth.
* Lead and develop a global marketing team of senior specialists, fostering brand excellence and innovation.
* Oversee brand, content, PR, and event strategies to elevate the organisation’s reputation and presence.
* Manage and optimise multi-channel paid, earned, and owned media campaigns using a data-driven approach.
* Lead the marketing technology roadmap, including CRM and Salesforce alignment, enhancing lead management and client journey optimisation.
The role requires:
* Knowledge and experience in the DEI space- with an understanding of the UK & US DE&I landscape
* Minimum 12 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with expertise leading marketing teams in high-growth SME/scale-up environments.
* Experience building brands in professional services, ideally leadership coaching/ consultancy
* Mastery across growth marketing channels: paid media, SEO, CRM, Martech, and AI-driven campaigns.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
* Effective budget management and optimisation skills to drive marketing ROI.
