Aspire People are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a supportive school in Telford for the remainder of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher to contribute to the academic and personal growth of students in Year 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 4 students, covering all core subjects.
Ensure all students are progressing well and meeting their academic potential.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Provide feedback to parents and carers on student progress, particularly through regular parent-teacher communication.
Implement any required interventions to support children who need additional help or focus.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 4 or a similar primary school age group.
Passionate about providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to differentiate lessons and adapt teaching to meet individual student needs.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
