The Role
As our first Product Marketing Manager,you'llworkhand-in-handwith Product and Marketing to drive feature uptake, playinga critical role in shaping howFourJaw’sproducts are positioned, launched, and adopted across our global customer base.
What You'll Do
Develop & Implement Adoption Programs
* Design and execute multi-channel programs (email, in-app, customer comms) that drive product & userengagement
* Deeply understand our users to create segmented and targeted campaigns
* You’llhave an experimentation mindset – understand A/B testing, timing, and channels to find the best way to reach our users
* Track product and adoption metrics and iterate on your campaigns for the best results
Create impactful content
* Write compelling feature messaging that connects capabilities to user value
* Develop sales enablement content with clear positioning
Launch Coordination
* Own the release strategies for regular feature drops, workingin syncwith Product and the rest of the business
* Coordinateand alignwith Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS on launch activities
* Use product analytics (Pendo) toidentifyadoption gaps and opportunities
* Define success metrics and track performance against targets
* Feedinsights about user needsback into product discovery
* Monitor industry trends and customer competitive intelligence to inform product marketing plans andidentifygrowth opportunities
* Set up and run a Customer Advisory Board with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) customers
What You Bring
* 5+ years in marketing roles within technology or SaaS companies (Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, Campaign, or Creative Marketing)
* Proventrack recordbuilding and running adoption programs that moved engagement metrics
* Strong data skills - you use analytics to segment audiences, measure performance, and drive decisions
* Creativethinkingwho develops interesting engagement strategies and testsnew approaches
* Experience with marketing automation and product analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo, Customer.io)
* Collaborative and approachable - you work well cross-functionally and bring people along with you
* Manufacturing sector awareness is helpful but not essential.
