Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
Building warm, trusting relationships with families
Helping maintain a safe, stimulating environment for all children
A real passion for early years childcare
Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working toward one)
A commitment to providing high-quality care and magical moments daily
Ongoing training and professional development
