The Role
This unique role will have you spending most of the day on the road, using your own vehicle and bringing a bit of Tapi‑ness into customers’ homes. Using our Masterpiece software you’ll plan, estimate and measure customer floors, ensuring our fitting teams have everything ready.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
* Approach customers with respect and make them feel relaxed and reassured.
* Use our Masterpiece software to help measure and provide solutions during every customer visit.
* Prepare detailed and accurate flooring plans and provide on‑site quotes.
* Carry out inspections for faulty floors and produce reports.
* Check for uneven floor levels and potential issues such as dampness or trailing cables.
* Process customer orders thoroughly and accurately where applicable.
* Comply with all Health and Safety and security requirements set out by the company.

About You
You’re sales‑driven and customer‑focused, passionate about what you do. You’re a speedy thinker, presentable, switched‑on, honest, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to impress. You sweat the small stuff and have a “no customer left behind” attitude, supporting our 5* Trust Pilot rating.
You thrive on a busy schedule, look for ways to improve things for customers and colleagues, and have a bias towards action. You plan efficient routes through towns and cities to maximise your time and the number of customers you see.
Requirements: Full driving licence, access to own vehicle.
