A leading Coastal Legal 500 with multiple offices are expanding their Litigation team and are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in their busy Eastbourne office.
Case Load
* Business partnership disputes, Director disputes and shareholder disputes
* Company and employee fraud
* Contract disputes
* Debt recovery
* Disputes with customers (including warrantee claims)
* Health and safety prosecutions
* IP litigation
* Landlord and tenant and possession proceedings/Property Disputes
* Professional negligence claims
Skill set / Qualifications
* If a qualified Solicitor, be 4-8 years PQE (ideally), or if an Executive, have extensive Commercial Litigation experience
* Demonstrate a good technical knowledge (in line with your experience)
* Ideally have experience in mentoring junior members of the team
* Be a keen team player with a "can do" attitude
* Be commercially aware
* Willing to learn
* Be able to manage your own work (under supervision)
* Be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience of using CMS
