How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Accountable for the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Secondary Production (e.g. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc.).
INCLUDE Cluster / Country / Site Secondary Production Operations management.

* Guarantee the implementation of the strategy and objectives in his / her domain.
* Drive the Area Operations towards the objectives.
* Manage high‑complexity teams in terms of processes and products and supervise the operational KPIs to guarantee a continuous improvement implementation in his / her domain.
* Develop the managers' level and support the manager in developing their teams.
* Own robust expertise and knowledge on the field operations under his / her responsibility.

* Educational Level: University graduate or equivalent or better knowledge experience achievements.
* Work Experience: With minimum of 5-7 years work experience in a related role from a multinational company; 2 years of which is in a managerial role.
