The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have KS2 teaching experience, ideally including Year 6
Show genuine enthusiasm for teaching upper KS2
Be a confident, engaging, and reflective practitioner
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive relationships
Be adaptable, proactive, and keen to contribute to wider school life
Hold QTS (or be working towards it for ECTs)
