Job Purpose:
As a Senior Consultant in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), you will lead the development of high-quality, evidence-based submissions to national and international HTA bodies, shaping the strategic direction of projects and guiding clients through complex market access challenges. You will combine deep scientific and medical writing expertise with strong analytical and project-management skills to deliver robust value arguments that support product evaluation and decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive innovative approaches, and contribute to the growth of our HTA offering through leadership, mentoring, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
* Lead multiple HTA consulting projects, advising, planning, authorship and delivery of HTA dossiers ensuring submissions are strategic, timely and high quality
* A trusted advisor for our clients
* Analyse and interpret clinical trial outcomes, epidemiology and healthcare-utilisation data to build robust value arguments.
* Conduct targeted primary and secondary research to inform evidence strategies and decision-
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., market access and health economics) to align clinical and economic narratives with payer expectations
* Prepare concise, accurate and engaging reports, slide decks and client-ready materials; present findings to senior stakeholders.
* Provide strategic advice on HTA pathways, payer engagement and evidence generation plans.
* Shape and quality-assure methodologies for economic modelling, systematic reviews and meta-analyses
* Oversee complex, multi-workstream projects, managing scope, timelines, risks and client expectations
* Contribute to business development by scoping solutions, developing proposals and identifying account growth opportunities
* Maintain excellent operational discipline, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders.
About you
* Experience in healthcare or life sciences consulting, with a strong focus on HTA, HEOR, or market access.
* Experience leading large and complex HTA projects and acting as the primary client contact.

* Strong scientific/medical writing and analytical skills, comfortable synthesising clinical and economic evidence into clear payer narratives.
* Hands-on experience with (or oversight of) economic modelling, systematic literature reviews and meta-
* Excellent project management-able to juggle multiple clients, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
* Commercially aware and growth-minded, with experience contributing to proposals and spotting new opportunities.
