Customers visit our café for all sorts of reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to kickstart their day or a quick pick‑up for those on the go, we provide great service no matter the order. As a member of our Front of House team, you will help make every day a little better by serving food and drinks, keeping tables clean, and staying up‑to‑date with our menu and initiatives.
Responsibilities
 * Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
 * Resolve customer complaints and relay information to the Café Manager.
 * Maintain food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
 * Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
 * Accept deliveries and handle safe storage of food.
 * Follow all operational policies and procedures.
 * Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
 * Maintain standards and ensure all food products are available.
 * Stay up‑to‑date with business communications and new initiatives.
 * Know the café’s menu inside out and serve food as intended.
 * Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
Qualifications
 * Commitment to excellent customer service.
 * Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
 * Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
Personal Skills
 * Comfortable working in a team.
 * Excellent communication with a proactive attitude.
 * Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
 * Confident using initiative to improve ways of working.
 * Good at planning and keeping things organised.
