Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client queries.
Prepare regular reports on outstanding accounts and collection activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes as required.
Maintain organised financial records in accordance with company policies.

A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in accounting and finance.
