Personal Assistant to Estates & Facilities Senior Leadership Team
Band 4 - Full Time (37.50 hours) - Permanent

We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Estates and Facilities Senior Leadership Team, on a permanent basis to join the E&F team based at Guild Park.
Main duties of the job
To support the Estates and Facilities (E&F) Senior Leadership Team within the Service in all aspects of business management activity, relating to functions and responsibilities, including the development and management of a comprehensive and efficient Personal Assistant support service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or Customer Care, or relevant experience
* Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development
Knowledge
* Relevant work experience in a PA/secretarial role to a senior manager
* Experience of working as part of a collaborative team with shared cover arrangements
* Experience of working in a fast moving environment under pressure and to strict deadlines
Skills
* To be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good organisational and prioritising skills to manage conflicting demands
