Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons suited to the needs of Year 6 learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school. Engage in CPD activities and contribute to the wider life of the school. Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and confident teaching approach, with strong differentiation skills. A secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and current educational practices. Confident using technology to support and enhance learning. Effective behaviour management and strong classroom leadership abilities. Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
