The Product Developer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development process of workwear apparel, ensuring that designs are translated into commercially viable, high-quality garments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration with design, sourcing, and production teams to deliver products that meet brand standards, cost targets, and timelines. We’re looking for a collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally, a passion for pushing innovation and continuous improvement. In return you will have access to onsite sampling and a production unit as well as liaison with our offshore factory. This role will be full time onsite, and a new addition to a growing team.
