Role Overview We are seeking a qualified JIB Electrician to work on a highways roundabout project installing street lighting infrastructure. The role will primarily involve pulling and glanding SWA cables and terminating lighting columns in line with project drawings and UK regulations. Key Duties Pull, route and secure SWA cables through ducts and containment. Gland and terminate SWA into feeder pillars and lighting columns. Install and connect street lighting columns and lanterns. Carry out basic testing and fault finding. Work safely within live traffic management environments. Complete works in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and site RAMS. Requirements Valid JIB Gold Card (Electrician). NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Experience in highways or street lighting works preferred.
