Purpose of the job
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with Signature Clinic.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond to patient inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media messages. As part of our dynamic and supportive Bookings Admin team, you will receive comprehensive training and develop the skills needed to excel in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and social media messages in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
* Effectively promote Signature Clinic's services and treatments, encouraging patients to book consultations
* Schedule patient appointments with doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, treatments, and the consultation process, ensuring patients feel informed and supported
* Maintain meticulous records of patient communications and bookings across all platforms (phone, email, and social media)
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the booking process and the efficient management of doctor schedules
* Continuously develop your knowledge of the clinic's services and treatments through ongoing training and learning
Person Specification
* A motivated individual with excellent communication skills, especially across multiple platforms (phone, email, and social media)
* Someone with a friendly, approachable demeanour and a strong ability to speak confidently with patients about treatments and procedures
* Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills to manage bookings accurately
* Enthusiastic and driven, with a passion for providing outstanding service to patients
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Experience in a call centre or similar is mandatory
* Healthcare background is preferred but not essential
