About Our Client

Job Description
3. Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance commentary.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
5. Partner with account teams to deliver clear financial guidance, campaign profitability analysis, and commercial support.
6. Oversee and review the work of the AP and AR Clerks, ensuring accurate transaction processing and strong working capital management.
7. Drive process improvements, enhance financial controls, and contribute to system and workflow optimisation across the finance function.
8. Assist with cashflow forecasting, audit preparation, compliance requirements, and ad‑hoc analysis for the Finance Director.
The Successful Applicant
9. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
10. Confident preparing and reviewing balance sheets, with a consistent track record of maintaining accurate reconciliations.
11. Experienced in producing timely, high‑quality monthly management reports and variance analysis.
12. Proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable driving or supporting process improvements across the finance function.
13. Strong communicator who can work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate closely with both finance and non‑finance teams.
