A global technology provider is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead growth in its enterprise collaboration portfolio across the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic role for a commercially driven professional with a passion for digital transformation and customer success.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships within a defined portfolio of enterprise clients. Working closely with internal solution architects and external technology partners, you’ll deliver tailored collaboration and communication solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and exceed annual sales targets for enterprise collaboration services.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
* Lead client engagements from discovery to close, supported by technical and commercial teams.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and position solutions that align with evolving customer needs.
What You Bring
* 6–10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud-based collaboration platforms.
* Proven track record of success in the UK&I market.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer impact.
