The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic corporate advice across a broad portfolio of transactional matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Business sales and disposals Management buy-outs (MBOs) / buy-ins (MBIs) Investment raises and exits Corporate restructures Shareholder and share-purchase agreements Share-option schemes and joint ventures Cross-border transactions Working as part of a “one-team” advisory model, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate finance, tax, communications, and accounting to deliver seamless, commercially focused solutions to clients.
