Job Title: NetSuite Systems Analyst / NetSuite ERP Specialist
Hybrid - 4 days in office mandatory
Role Summary:
Hands-on NetSuite professional responsible for supporting, configuring, and improving the NetSuite system. The role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions while ensuring system integrity and best practice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements
* Configure and support NetSuite modules including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Reporting
* Analyse business processes and design solutions aligned with best practices
* Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain system documentation
Requirements:
* Hands-on NetSuite experience
* Strong process analysis and system configuration skills
* Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders
* Strong documentation and communication skills
