About the role: As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester complex care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support we're known for. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide care and support to residents with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You'll help improve residents' quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect. This includes listening to patients and supervising the delivery of nursing care. Specialising in mental health, you'll have the autonomy to make a meaningful difference. About you: To join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you need current NMC registration and a solid understanding of clinical practices, especially related to dementia. Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines are essential. You should be dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
