What You’ll Be Doing
* Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
* Managing bookings, walk-ins, and takeaway collections.
* Taking orders and handling payments using our till system.
* Communicating effectively with kitchen and floor staff.
* Keeping the front of house area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
* Making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front of house/host role.
* Confident, polite, and professional at all times.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Comfortable working under pressure during busy shifts.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
* A genuine interest in hospitality and customer care.
