4. Maintain accurate records of applications and recruitment processes.
5. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and arrangements.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
7. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
8. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as required.
9. Monitor and respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal recruitment standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim TA Coordinator should have:
11. Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
12. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
13. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
15. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
