My client is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor 22.5 hours per week £34000 - £35000 DOE Pro Rata Duties to include Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. Support and manage employee relations cases including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters. Attend and support formal meetings, hearings, and investigations. Maintain up-to-date case notes and ensure documentation is compliant. Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy. Produce letters, contracts and contract amendments. Ensure HR processes comply with legal, regulatory and audit requirements. Identify training needs through performance discussions Support the coordination of training programs. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with legal requirements Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery. Support the performance management process, including reviewing objectives, probation feedback and development plans. Respond to routine HR enquiries from employees and managers. Support HR initiatives including well-being and engagement. Provide cover for the HR Manager during periods of absence when appropriate.
