Pertemps are working with a trusted partner in the healthcare sector to recruit an Estates Manager / Facilities Manager. This role supports the delivery of high-quality clinical services by ensuring robust estates management and compliance across a large, diverse healthcare estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day management of key service contracts, including PFI and retained estate contracts.
* Lead contract monitoring and ensure compliance with statutory, mandatory, and performance standards.
* Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and operational integrity.
* Support strategic estates planning and the delivery of projects.
* Provide clear reports and insights on contract performance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
* HNC/Degree in Building, Engineering, or related discipline (Facilities/Commercial Management desirable).
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, technical compliance, and maintenance.
* Proven contract and budget management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
