Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of diverse Residential Property matters, independently and collaboratively as required Provide expert legal advise to clients and maintaining a professional manner Liaising with clients and relevant third parties Legal administrative tasks such as legal research, property due diligence, file management etc. Requirements: 3 Yrs experience within Residential Conveyancing, managing your own volume caseload from inception through to conclusion Proven experience of Fee Earning, working on Sales/ Purchases/ Freeholds/ Leaseholds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting key deadlines In return, the firm are offering: Competitive salary, commensurate to experience annual salary review NO TARGETS!
