About the Role
As a Contract Support Administrator, you will provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the Facilities Management (FM) team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of FM contracts. You will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating workflows, handling financial processes, and communicating with stakeholders. This position is site-based and operates from Monday to Friday.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Support the management of FM contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and SLAs.
2. Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to track service delivery and contractual obligations.
3. Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
4. Maintain financial records related to FM contracts, ensuring timely payments and cost control.
5. Coordinate FM meetings, site visits, and contractor appointments for FM services. ▪ Maintain service schedules for planned and reactive maintenance.
