You'll be the face of our dining experience—welcoming guests, taking orders with confidence and ensuring service is smooth, friendly, and efficient throughout the show. What You’ll Do:
* Greet guests with a friendly, genuine welcome
* Take and relay orders clearly and efficiently
* Recommend food and drink with confidence
* Run your section smoothly, even on busy nights
Build positive relationships with guests and your team
What We’re Looking For:
* At least two years of experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
* Experience in following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section.
* A strong desire to grow—our Head Waiters are promoted from within, and our Columbo Academy programme is designed to help our team become future leaders.
What to Expect:
* Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour plus tronc (total package up to £14.50 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
