Director of People and Culture
Package circa £100k.
Permanent and Full time.
North West based - travel across NW required.
Responsibilities
* As the Director of People, you will be the expert voice on everything HR related across the business, demonstrating strong leadership and partnering closely with senior leaders.
* Responsible for refreshing and delivering on the People and Culture strategy.
* Ensure the day to day delivery of People activities is customer focused and supporting high quality delivery.
* Ensure effective monitoring and reporting across the People agenda.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports.
* Work closely with all key stakeholders to shape the development of a high-performing People support service.
* Support the organisation to meet and deliver its growth and development agenda.
* Oversee in house monthly payroll.
* Responsible for setting a clear direction contributing to the Annual Business Plan and associated budget.
We are looking for
* Proven background as a HR Director, leading on People strategy design and delivery.
* Strong record of leadership within a senior level role.
* Excellent experience thinking strategically and delivering high performance.
* Experience of creating and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives.
* Knowledge or experience overseeing complex inhouse payroll.
* Background with delivering significant people transformation projects.
* CIPD Level 7 qualified.
