Take ownership of all estimating activity across large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects. Collaborate with Tier 1 main contractors on bids, tenders, and complex structural steel packages. Ensure accurate cost planning, risk analysis, and commercial input at every stage of a project. Work closely with the board and senior leadership on strategy, pipeline, and delivery. About You Proven track record in estimating within the structural steel industry. Solid background of working with Tier 1 contractors and understanding their processes.
