Receptionist & Facilities Assistant |Grangemouth |£13.49 per hour |Monday Friday 9am5pm | 6-9 Months Work! We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist & Facilities Assistantto join a busy and well-established site in Grangemouth. This is a 6-9 month contractcovering a long-standing team member, offering excellent stability and the opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team. As the Receptionist / Facilities Assistant, you will be: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors Managing front desk reception duties, calls, and general enquiries Coordinating meeting room bookings and office viewings Handling incoming and outgoing mail and parcels Monitoring building issues and liaising with the Property Surveyor Supporting basic facilities management, including upkeep of communal areas Assisting with health & safety tasks, including fire alarm testing and acting as a Fire Warden Opening and closing the site (including alarm setting/unsetting) We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Facilities role Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organised, reliable, and proactive Comfortable managing a varied and hands-on workload Whats on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £13.49 per hour Free on-site parking On-site canteen 6-9 Months Secure Work ??
