Teaching Assistant (TA3)

* Location: Pilling
* Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only (Start time 8.30 Mon-Fri. Finishing time 5.30)
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA3) to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a Reception class, who is passionate about contributing to the development and learning of young children. The position is set to start in September 2025.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in the delivery of daily activities within the EYFS framework.
* Support the classroom teacher in planning and preparing engaging educational activities.
* Help manage classroom resources and setup for activities.
* Provide individual support to students, ensuring their safety and facilitating their physical, emotional, and educational development.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and productive learning environment.
* Observe and record children’s progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant within a Reception class.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A patient, caring, and creative approach to working with young children.
