What You'll Do
* Define the strategic direction of the Service Technology products based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis or insights with a focus on your product area
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and support teams, such user experience specialists, to optimise existing capabilities as well as creating new ones
* Leverage data, insights and KPIs to make data driven decisions improve the experience and product performance.
* Provide thought leadership to our business stakeholders based on data trends, product landscape change, and industry best practice
* Drive delivery on strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product leads within the service and business operations.
* Understand the business objectives and requirements across Central OTT, local team Operations, Digital, CRM and Technology teams
* Continuously work with and manage the relationships with your stakeholders across the territories we support
* Work closely with the technology delivery teams to ensure the best solution is designed to meet the objectives of the business.
What You'll Bring
* Proactive and Curious: desire to investigate, learn, share and advance our existing products, interests and possible opportunities to improve business outcomes.
* Product Owner/Management Experience: past experience in the product management role as an owner and manager working with product and technology teams and with experience in work prioritisation and delivery through agile methodologies.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive insights that inform product decisions, strategies and make recommendations to influence business and product strategy. Proficiency in tools for data analysis is advantageous. Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
* Team player and professional attitude: Persistence, resilience and being helpful to others and fostering a collaborative team culture.
* Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders. Evidence of influencing, engage with, and responding across all stakeholder levels with credibility.
* Technical Acumen: Experience and understanding of the technical aspects related to product management and development. Robust Salesforce and Software as a Service platform experience required.
* Working in a dynamic environment: Enjoys working in an innovative and creative environment. Enjoys task-focused delivery, a fast pace of work and overcoming challenges. Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment.
* Strategic thinking: demonstrate an ability to deliver forward looking product proposals and recommendations to stakeholders based on strong business requirements and product capabilities and new solutions.

Global Streaming Product
Our team is the core engine that creates streaming products which delight customers around the world, from sub-Saharan Africa to the streets of New York: we work closely with our design, technology, and business teams to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. We're the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.
You will join the Customer Management team that services all the current OTT propositions in the territories US, UK, Europe and Africa. We are responsible for the technology and platforms that are used to deliver assisted and unassisted service across these propositions that utilise the Global Streaming Product platform.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
