The Role As Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the service, providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred support. Your role will include: Leading shifts and supporting the staff team. Promoting independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes. Supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. Providing guidance and coaching to Support Workers. Supporting individuals who may experience behaviours of distress. Ensuring medication administration and care documentation are completed accurately. Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and compliance. Working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager to continuously improve the service. About You We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or similar role. ✔ Has experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities. ✔ Is confident supporting behaviours of distress and complex needs. ✔ Can motivate, guide and develop a team. ✔ Is calm, resilient and able to remain positive under pressure. ✔ Holds a full UK driving licence. ✔ Experience of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and safeguarding procedures is highly desirable.
