Duties
* Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling treatments tailored to client preferences
* Offer expert advice on hair care routines and product recommendations to clients
* Manage client bookings, consultations, and follow-up appointments with professionalism
* Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client experience and revenue 20% commission available to you
* Maintain a clean, organised work station adhering to health and safety standards
* Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in styling techniques
* Certification or recognised qualification in hairdressing, barbering, or related fields
* Skills in store management, customer service, and front desk operations are advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and upsell services confidently
* Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional while maintaining high standards of service delivery
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage appointments efficiently and build lasting client relationships
