Clinical Quality Lead (Home Based with National Travel)

Do you have the passion, talent, skills, and experience that can make a difference for the people we support? Are you an experienced Nurse with knowledge and skills in Clinical Governance and improving the quality of care?
The aim of this role is to lead, support, and establish a clinical governance framework across Shaftesbury, within which systems and processes to support Clinical Governance are implemented and developed.
The Clinical Quality Lead will be responsible for leading, overseeing, evaluating, and developing clinical practice across Shaftesbury.
The role involves supporting the development and review of policies, leading clinical audits, and clinical quality improvement plans, as well as ensuring that NICE and other clinical guidance and alerts are distributed organization-wide.

Main duties of the job
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* First level registration as an Adult Nurse (Registered with NMC)
* Diploma or Degree in Nursing
* Evidence of revalidation and continuous professional development
* At least 4 years of clinical experience in practice

Job responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include developing systems for clinical information analysis, leading quality improvement projects, participating in on-call arrangements, and mentoring staff.
Person Specification
Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, current NMC registration, and evidence of ongoing professional development. Experience should include at least 4 years in clinical practice, leadership, policy development, and multi-professional working.
Additional information
The position offers a salary of £53,755 to £56,454 per year, depending on experience, and is a permanent, full-time role with flexible, home, or remote working options.
