Job Coach – £26,169 pa + benefits, 37.5 hours a week (9am‑5pm), Term time (39 weeks). Stokes and Halifax – working across campuses and employer sites.
This role is advertised as Careers Advisor, but internally your job title will be Job Coach.

Role Description
As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to access and succeed in meaningful work experience and employer‑led learning opportunities. Working across campus and employer sites, you will provide tailored coaching and support to help students build confidence, independence and employability skills in real‑world settings.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience of working in Further Education and/or specialist provision with students with SEND.
* Experience supporting neurodiverse learners and students with SEND and EHCPs.
* Experience building and maintaining employer or business relationships.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to problem‑solve and support learners in real‑world environments.
* Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* A professional, proactive and flexible approach to work.
