We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to deliver exceptional customer service while driving commercial success. Be part of a talented, motivated and highly engaged team based in either Christchurch, Tauranga, Northland or Waikato.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth policy processing transactions.
* Contribute to strategies that drive customer retention and growth, enhancing the customer experience.
* Provide timely and accurate policy and underwriting advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control.
* Assist with policy processing and credit control tasks as needed.
* Support the training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and growth within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a background in commercial or rural insurance and working with intermediaries
* Familiarity with Solvit and Committ systems
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Coaching and training experience
* A collaborative and solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
